How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a conversation about what you want painted and when. We then look at the surfaces in person, because condition decides how much prep is needed. You receive a written quote that lists the areas, the prep, the products and the coats, so you can compare it with other quotes.
During the job, we keep you informed about progress and any surprises, such as rot or damage found once old paint comes off. If the plan needs to change, we talk about it before extra work is done. At the end, we walk the job with you and note anything that needs a touch-up.
